I need your help!!

Well now I need you my friends.

I am looking for a program like Photo Shop, but it has to be free ..^^; , becasue atm I haven't enough money for a new scanner + printer + computer AND a new PS licens.

I need it really quick .. because 3 requests are waiting to be finished and 2 of them are much too late .. I tryed to colour them in traditonal ART style but, they looked not that good.

You are my last hope ;)
